1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bidaph platform — including all services, games, promotions, and tools available at bidaph.net and any associated mobile applications or software — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") enter into a binding legal agreement with bidaph ("bidaph," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms & Conditions, together with bidaph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bidaph. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other communication or marketing material, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Your continued use of the bidaph platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. bidaph recommends that you review these terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

2 Eligibility

Access to the real-money gaming services offered by bidaph is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at all times during your use of bidaph:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing bidaph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously had a bidaph account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not a bidaph employee, contractor, director, officer, or a family member of any such person.

bidaph reserves the right to amend eligibility requirements at any time in response to changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory guidance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bidaph is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on bidaph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bidaph account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required under PAGCOR regulations, bidaph may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine National ID, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or Passport;
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate as proof of address;
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method (e.g., GCash or PayMaya account) used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bidaph may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bidaph Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bidaph account and not reuse it across other platforms;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members;
• Log out of your bidaph account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify bidaph customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

bidaph accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have previously reported a compromise to bidaph in writing.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bidaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on bidaph are denominated in PHP and no currency conversion is applied.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bidaph wallet upon confirmation of receipt by bidaph's payment processing systems. While most GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed near-instantly, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the Cashier section of your bidaph account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Cashier section of your bidaph account. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and your withdrawal must be directed to a payment method previously used to fund your bidaph account. bidaph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 6);
• bidaph reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations;
• Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed in the Cashier section prior to confirmation of a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bidaph offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions offered by bidaph are subject to specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bidaph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page;
• Eligible games: Not all games on bidaph contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games may contribute a lower percentage. Game contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms;
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation;
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers;
• Abuse prevention: bidaph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinated play across accounts.

bidaph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have legitimately accepted and begun fulfilling the terms of an active promotion.

7 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games available on bidaph — including slots, live dealer tables, online bingo, EVO live games, sabong, the bidaph Wheel, and sports betting markets — operate according to individual game rules published within each game interface or game lobby. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

bidaph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic games to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and unpredictable. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment under the supervision of audited live casino studios.

The following general gaming rules apply across all bidaph game categories:

• A wager, once confirmed by the bidaph system, is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player;
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bidaph's records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of the fault;
• bidaph reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical error has produced an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions;
• Winnings will only be credited to your bidaph PHP wallet upon final confirmation of a valid game outcome — provisional credits may be reversed pending system verification;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Accepted odds at time of bet placement are locked in for that wager.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bidaph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any bidaph game, bonus, or system;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are void;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer games;
• Using the bidaph platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160 as amended);
• Registering using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information;
• Accessing bidaph via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account blocks;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bidaph staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction made to your bidaph account.

9 Responsible Gaming

bidaph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. bidaph takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bidaph account holders at no cost and can be activated from the account settings page without contacting support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your bidaph PHP wallet;
• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bidaph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, game graphics, text, software, data compilations, and the bidaph brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of bidaph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bidaph platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bidaph content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bidaph software or game code;
• Create derivative works based on any bidaph intellectual property;
• Use the bidaph name, logo, or brand in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of bidaph intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bidaph's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the bidaph platform, shall be limited to the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bidaph shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or your account security obligations;
• The accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party services, payment processors (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), or game providers integrated into the bidaph platform;
• Any tax liability you may incur as a result of winnings received through your bidaph account — it is your responsibility to comply with applicable Philippine tax obligations.

12 Suspension & Termination

bidaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if bidaph reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or suspicious activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the bidaph platform or to other players;
• Regulatory requirements or a direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority requires us to do so.

Upon termination for cause, bidaph may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may request the voluntary closure of your bidaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing timelines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bidaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bidaph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the bidaph platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the bidaph platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

The version of these Terms & Conditions displayed at bidaph.net/terms-conditions is the current operative version. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bidaph platform, you agree to first contact bidaph customer support to seek an informal resolution. bidaph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bidaph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

bidaph operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Complaints relating to the regulatory conduct of bidaph may also be submitted to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
